www.varsitybranding.com

Written and developed by me when agency creative director.

www.sterlingestates.com

This is the corporate site. It links to two individual community sites which I also wrote as well as writing the related mobile sites along with a substantial number of remarketing ads. I search optimized all sites based on keyword and geographic research.

www.springpointathome.org

Microsite for a division of a much larger organization. Key goal was to communicate variety and depth of services.

www.gentryparkorlando.com

New assisted living/dementia care community that is attempting to reach a much younger audience than generally thought possible.

www.chapelpointe.org

A highly religious community which wanted to communicate the value it placed on religion while stayng within Fair Housing guidelines. I developed the "Loving Way of Life" theming which it now uses throughout all of its marketing materials.

Launched this UV monitoring product in several test markets. I developed the website and wrote all of the marketing materials and packaging copy. Unfortunately, the client was not able to get sufficient distribution.

www.potentialathome.org

For this home health agency, I took the "my" theming which they liked so much and used it throughout the site. It starts with the main visual on the home page, which is a slider that cycles through myHealth, myHappiness, and myIndpendence, until it lands on the main site options.

This was a resource-rich site for those suffering from gambling addiction, their family members, and health professionals. The challenge was to make the material easily discoverable by the distinct target audiences. I also created the 888-ADMIT-IT phone number which was used on all marketing materials and which has been taken up by gambling help centers throughout the country. The organization lost its site update funding and the site is no longer extant in this form.

Trade show email. I volunteered to critique advertsing.

www.peconiclanding.com

The home page slider auto-rotates through four important aspects of the community: accommodations, lifestyle, waterfront, and their arts program. Peconic Landing wanted to communicate a great deal, so developing an easily navigable structure was critical.

Check out the site map that I first created:

I developed this website for one of the senior housing industry's most prestigious brokerage firms. The URL isn't given here because I wasn't available to help the organization when it underwent a major facelift, changing its name to Senior Housing Global Advisors.

Landing page for direct mail piece announcing this new product and inviting prospects to a seminar.

One of the most interesting projects I've been involved in.

A simple front end allowed travelers to choose discounted airport parking at a large number of off-airport locations. The admin porttion of the site permitted lots to change rates based on capacity and set black out dates for their offers. I created a wide variety of customer emails, ads on Orbitz and Expedia, as well as company reports. The site owner has since sold the company and the new owner no longer works with other parking lot facilities.

Part of a consumer site exploratory for the country's largest manufacturer and distributor of picture frames. I developed the various topic areas as well as the copy.
